Little Isabella..she is just the sweetest, gentlest soul. She's also a miracle baby and being with the Smarts reminded me of how precious life really is. Graeme and Michelle - thank you for a wonderful afternoon in the park. You are such special people and I'm so dang happy for the three of you x
