Alex and Alan | Westville Garden Wedding
I’d only heard praise heaped upon Alan and Alex long before I met them! You see, Alan’s sister, Julie and I have been friends for some time and I was so touched that she had referred me to her brother. I was even more touched when Alex and Alan invited me to capture their big day because Alan is a talented wedding videographer so yeah, the presh was on, haha. But both he and Alex made me feel so chill about everything. They were honestly a dream to shoot for because they were just so trusting and relaxed. All they wanted was to celebrate with their beloved friends and family and celebrate they did! Best of all, they were married in Alex’s childhood home where both her mum and sister were married! How special is that? Alex’s mum has lived there her entire life! It was incredible to look through the family photographs hanging in their home, knowing we were surrounded by so many memories. One of my personal highlights was the worship during their ceremony. Alex is a phenomenal singer and her band mates treated us to the most moving music. I just hope you can feel all the love when you scroll through these images. It was such a heartfelt day filled with immense love and laughter. I remember driving home feeling so happy and blessed to have shared in their wedding. With all the jokes, kisses and dreamy decor, it felt like a romantic comedy come to life! Thank you Alan and Alex. You guys are something special x
