Minoshni and Creasen | Orchards Hindu Wedding
I just have so much love for Mino and Creasen! They treated their friends and families to time-honoured traditions while treating themselves to a few modern twists! Apparently it’s not the norm to lug your Indian family out to the countryside for a wedding – to use their words (haha!) but Mino and Creasen adoooore the Midlands. They love wild flowers. They love bonfires. They love their families. They love to party! They love proper South Indian chow and they just incorporated all their favourite things into one glorious day. I knew I was in for a treat from the moment we met for a cuppa. That soon turned into wine after we got chatting about life and love! Mino is an award-winning journalist and she very kindly gave me free reign to capture the narrative of their day. The only brief was ‘nothing stiff or posed.’ This meant so much knowing Mino has such a gift for story-telling, and I really didn’t want to let them down in any way! And Creasen. Well, he is just the funniest, sweetest soul of the party! And having once owned nightclubs, Creas knows how to throw a party. These days however, he is happiest on the couch beside Mino, watching the footie with a plate of good grub. As you’ll see below, these two are just deeply, madly, happily in love. They respect each other. They ground each other. They laugh and play and constantly look out for the other. I hope you can feel the love through these images as it really was the most magical experience. Thank you Minoshni and Creasen. It’s a joy to know you guys! x
